Your role

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Sr. Manager – Intelligent Automation to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions. This role will drive innovation across RPA (Robotic Process Automation), IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Process Mining, while ensuring architectural integrity, platform scalability, and business alignment.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for automation platforms.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Oversee development standards, platform governance, and DevOps practices for automation deployment.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Security requirements across all RPA solutions and establish proactive dialogues and regular cadences with the security team.
• Accelerate RPA project delivery by leading technical      teams in deploying scalable bots for high-impact business process
• Partner with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy and data governance.
• Provide technical leadership in vendor selection, platform upgrades, and roadmap execution.
• Mentor automation engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive innovation.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI and Automation Technologies such as LangChain, Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with Data Science and AI teams to embed Generative AI into automation pipelines.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 14+ years in IT with 5+ years in Intelligent Automation (RPA, IDP).
• Experience implementing RPA technology solutions using complex cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in platforms like UiPath, Power Automate,
• Proven experience in cloud-hosted automation (Azure/AWS) and DevOps integration.
• Strong architectural design, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills.
• Strong thought leadership in next-generation automation trends including Agents and Copilot Studio.
• Certifications in automation platforms (UiPath and/or Power Automate) and cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) preferred.
• Experience in Medical and Healthcare industry (primarily Validation Platforms) is preferred.
• Experience in Process Mining (Celonis, Signavio) preferred.
