The Opportunity
Senior Manager, Network Strategy is an experienced business leader responsible for defining the strategy for Workplace Services networks and executing against this strategy with specific projects, initiatives and operational processes. This role is a leader of people with both strategic and operational responsibilities in a vital area of the business.
What You’ll Do
Define the business strategy for Workplace Services clinic, freight, lab and medical review networks to support fulfillment of transactions across the United States.
Drive optimization and coverage within each network type to both maximize service fulfillment and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with the Workplace Commercial and Client Success teams to identify client network needs and coordinate fulfillment.
Work collaboratively with Operations & Service teams to action on under-performing network participants and provide alternate coverage for clients.
Lead a team of operational and analytical employees to execute against strategic initiatives and “run the business” responsibilities across all network types.
Utilize analytics, predictive models and other business intelligence tools to drive focus and decision making.
Build and grow a pipeline of new network providers and coordinate service contracts and rate schedules, including negotiation of services and rates.
Deliver on cost-out savings targets through strategic initiatives and negotiation of rate schedules in partnership with procurement.
Develop and grow a team of direct reports across operational and analytical disciplines.
Build and provide reports and status updates for internal stakeholders and executives to articulate updates within the service networks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or relevant field
7 -10 years of operational or logistics experience, preferably in managing and optimizing large service networks. Negotiations and contracting experience preferred.
3-5 years of strategic planning experience, with a focus on multi-year planning and service/cost optimization.
3-5 years of people leadership experience.

The base pay for this position is
$127,300.00 – $254,700.00
