What You’ll Do 

The Senior Manager, Network Operations is a people manager position responsible for standardizing and scaling processes, tools, and strategies across Strive’s provider network. This individual will lead continuous improvement of operational and performance managements processes and support implementation of provider incentive programs. The Senior Manager, Network Operations will work closely with the broader Network team, Analytics, and Market Operators to ensure a consistent Strive experience for our provider partners.  

The Day to Day 

  • Responsible for developing strategies to engage provider partners in performance and improve patient engagement in clinical programs. 
  • Lead both structured and ad-hoc project management, reporting, creation of presentations, and other relationship management activities to inform key internal/external stakeholders on performance. 
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the Network Operations team as trusted partners. 
  • Monitor project scope and progress to make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Provide input into future implementations across functional areas to continuously improve operations and scalability of provider partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to operational workflows, support the growth of provider incentive programs, and ensure a positive experience for provider partners. 
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team to execute on network operations priorities, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field of business administration. 
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, and/or project management. 
  • 1+ years experience managing direct reports. 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience working with providers and/or partnerships with medical groups. 
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline. 
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills, and demonstrated ability to tailor message for various audiences. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive performance and outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated level of comfort with ambiguity. 
  • Experience working with virtual teams. 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $109,000 - $136,000
