As the Platform & AI Product Marketing Lead, you’ll define how the world understands Asurion: what we do, why we matter, and how we’re changing the game for enterprises. You’ll transform complex capabilities, from AI agents and decisioning systems to workflow and support experiences, into a differentiated, outcome-oriented story that moves markets and accelerates our growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own platform positioning and messaging. Define how Asurion’s platform shows up in the market, clear, differentiated, and aligned to enterprise buyer needs.
  • Translate complexity into clarity. Turn deep technical capabilities into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with executives, influencers, and practitioners.
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence. Track trends, analyze competitors, and identify whitespace opportunities that sharpen our edge and guide investment.
  • Validate and size opportunities. Use segmentation, market analysis, and buyer insights to quantify where we play and how we win.
  • Partner across teams. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Solutions to ensure our platform narrative cascades seamlessly into solution, industry, and buyer-level storytelling.
  • Shape product packaging. Influence how our platform and capabilities are structured, priced, and communicated to maximize enterprise relevance and value.
  • Drive launch leadership. Orchestrate cross-functional GTM for new platform capabilities, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions around a single, market-moving story.
  • Continuously evolve the story. Use data, feedback, and performance signals to refine our positioning and keep Asurion on offense.

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform product marketing, ideally with AI, data, or customer experience technologies.
  • Have a gift for distilling complexity, turning architecture diagrams into executive-ready narratives that inspire belief and action.
  • Are an expert in market and competitive strategy, able to connect insights to decisions that shape investment and differentiation.
  • Think in systems, seeing how product strategy, packaging, pricing, and storytelling intersect to create market impact.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where clarity and conviction must be created, not found.
