Sr Manager, Product Management - Finance Enterprise Product Management

About the Role

In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to build custom software that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the product roadmap by working with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities to positively impact the customer experience.

This role will be a hands-on leader who thrives in defining and building solutions across the Oracle Cloud EPM Platform and other financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong product management competencies with though leadership abilities to innovate, and deliver highly scalable, reliable, and sustainable solutions across the enterprise. What You'll Do

  • Deep finance systems and reporting background, with a focus on Oracle Cloud EPM platform and FP&A reporting tools (Anaplan, Oracle Narrative Reporting)
  • Strong understanding of E2E core business processes relevant to retail industry (R2R, P2P, OTC)
  • Experience and knowledge relevant to supporting a multinational, publicly traded company, including external financial reporting (US GAAP), SOX and ICFR controls considerations, and local/statutory reporting requirements (local GAAP, IFRS).
  • Experience working with AI capabilities to support task automation, reconciliation and reporting (e.g. Gen AI for Reporting and Prediction Insights, and agentic AI for ledger processes).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions to clearly articulate and drive customer journeys, experience, and value addition
  • Define the Financial Reporting product roadmap by working with product management counterparts and leaders to identify and drive forward new capabilities.
  • Ability to write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test finance tools and capabilities.
  • Develops and manages project plans and key stakeholder engagement strategy on all initiatives
  • Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency to drive multiple projects to successful completion
  • Ensures clear communication of project scope, timing, prioritization budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis.

Who You Are

  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing platforms, APIs, and/or complex customer capabilities
  • Experience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domain
  • Demonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Sound knowledge of concepts and procedures specific to own subject area and a basic understanding of the procedures in other relevant areas
