Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Application Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

As the Industrial Refrigeration (IR) Application Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical team to deliver high-quality industrial refrigeration solutions and technical support to customers, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

1. Establish and develop the product application engineering team to enhance overall technical capabilities;

2. Proactively communicate with Sales, Service, Product, and Factory Operational teams to understand customer needs;

3. Responsible for preparing technical proposals for IR projects;

4. Calculating project cost and manage project pricing to sales team;

5. Support the sales team in technical agreement discussion and review;

6. Provide technical support during order execution, on-site commissioning and troubleshooting;

7. Continuously optimize the technical proposal design process to improve efficiency and quality;

8. Develop new applications to meet market changes and customer needs;

9. Maintain close communication with global and local IR and CS engineering teams to stay updated on product development trends;

10. Comply with company policies on quality, safety, and environmental management to ensure departmental compliance.

Qualifications:

Ø Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related engineering disciplines preferred.

Ø Work Experience:

· Minimum 12 years of technical experience in industrial refrigeration or related fields;

· At least 3 years of experience in managing technical teams;

· Familiar with industrial refrigeration system design, quotation, commissioning, and after-sales support processes;

· Experience in cross-functional collaboration and customer communication is a plus.

Ø Skills:

· Solid technical knowledge of refrigeration systems with independent solution design and cost control capabilities;

· Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills;

· Proficient in engineering and office software such as CAD and Microsoft Office;

· Good English reading and writing skills; ability to communicate with global teams is preferred.
