What you'll be doing

Reporting into Director, Marketing Data Strategy / Sr. Director, Marketing Analytics & Reporting, the Sr. Manager Business Systems and Program Manager will be responsible for provide end-to-end support for the delivery of multiple marketing data programs. You will collaborate closely with program business leads and subjective matter experts to formulate program scope, objectives, program deliverables, and lead the validation of business requirements, testing and deployment plans. The role will be expected to manage, plan and prioritize delivery of multiple concurrent programs with interdependencies, and ensure the dependencies, sequence of delivery and risks are adequately documented and socialized with Project Managers, business leads , technology partners and other stakeholders. You will work with program management office to ensure project artifacts and administrative tasks are performed in accordance with established guidelines.

How you'll succeed

  • Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements, solution requirements and facilitate requirements discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Analytical Thinking - Play a proactive role in seeking for resolutions to  issues and roadblocks along the program lifecycle. Ability to identify and ensure right stakeholders are engaged in conversations to resolve outstanding items. You ask the right questions to prove
  • Accountability - Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high volume environment.

Who you are

  • You demonstrate experience in: 3-5 years+ leading business analysis with focus on data and database-related projects. Exposure to projects related to database marketing, analytics, marketing campaigns, campaign execution, database design, ETL, would be an asset. Exposure to cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks would be an asset. Experience with Sales Force Cloud suite, Adobe Experience Platform, Unica, and other marketing automation and CRM would be an asset.
