Senior Manager – Business System Analyst
As the Senior Manager - Business System Analyst, you will lead a global team responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data operations across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving data quality, optimizing data processes, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals through effective data management. Based in London, UK office, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to build and maintain a best-in-class data architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Global Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a global team of data professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
 - Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
 - Develop leadership capabilities within the team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
 
Data Quality and Governance
- Define, track, and report on data quality metrics and KPIs (e.g., accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, and validity) to drive continuous improvement and transparency across systems and processes.
 - Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data quality.
 - Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
 - Lead continuous improvement initiatives for data quality processes, leveraging feedback loops, audits, and lessons learned from previous projects.
 - Evaluate, recommend, and implement new data quality tools and technologies to enhance data profiling, cleansing, monitoring, and automation.
 - Leverage AI and automation to streamline data workflows, enhance data quality monitoring, and enable real-time analytics.
 
Cross-System Integration Monitoring
- Oversee the integration and monitoring of data flows across key enterprise systems, including Salesforce (SFDC), NetSuite, Gainsight, Zendesk, and Snowflake.
 - Ensure seamless data synchronization and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain operational efficiency.
 
Process Optimization
- Identify and execute improvements in data operations processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
 - Develop and implement strategies for exception monitoring and resolution in cross-system data flows.
 
Project Deployment Support
- Lead data migration efforts and oversee data updates and transformations during system implementations.
 - Manage post-deployment exception monitoring and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and validation.
 
Incident Impacted Data Management
- Address technical bugs, system timeouts, and other incidents impacting data integrity.
 - Identify and correct impacted data populations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
 - Implement post-incident monitoring to prevent recurrences and improve system resilience.
 
Business-As-Usual (BAU) Operations
- Manage internal business requests and support team escalations related to data operations.
 - Oversee external customer requests, including Single Sign-On (SSO) community errors and updates.
 - Ensure timely and effective resolution of BAU data issues to support ongoing business needs.
 
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage proactively with business stakeholders, IT, and executive leadership to align data operations with strategic business objectives and ensure data initiatives deliver tangible value.
 - Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on data strategies.
 
Data Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and deliver key performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track data health and operational success.
 - Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
 
Compliance and Security
- Ensure data operations comply with relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and implement best practices for data protection.
 
What You’ll Bring:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
 
Experience
- In-depth experience of data operations, data management, or related fields.
 - Proven experience managing global teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
 - Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing technologies, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite).
 
Skills
- Mastery of Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analytics.
 - Proficiency with additional data management and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, and data cataloguing /governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
 - Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach to challenges.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
 - Proficiency in data reporting, analytics, and visualization tools.
 - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

The base salary range for this position is £80,000-£120,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
