The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.


As a Sr. Logistics Specialist, you will…

  • Develop and implement training programs for operational procedures, equipment safety, inventory control, and recordkeeping.

  • Document all shipments and receipts; maintain organized files for future reference.

  • Compare purchase orders with received goods to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies or transit damage to the Supervisor.

  • Notify Production Scheduler and Production Supervisor of schedule-sensitive receipts.

  • Design and execute a warehouse organization plan, including storage and inventory identifiers and capacity utilization strategies.

  • Maintain perpetual inventory of all warehouse items and record all inflows and outflows.

  • Prepare and manage online inventory management records.

  • Train and certify team members on safe operation of Power Pallet Jacks and Forklifts.

  • Support team members with shipment tracking and interpretation of shipping instructions.

  • Assign daily tasks to team members within the department.

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of shipping/receiving experience, preferably in the printing industry

  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Forklift and Power Pallet Jack certification required

  • Ability to teach and uphold quality, safety, and operational standards

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Good mechanical aptitude

  • Proficient in data entry and PC applications

  • Experience with material handling equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (preferred)

  • Knowledge of printing production procedures (preferred)

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location
