Division Specific Information 

The Digital Science and Automation Solution business designs, develops, supplies, and supports industry leading laboratory workflow solutions and robotic automation, predominantly for the Pharma, Biopharma and the Genetic testing space. These solutions enable our customers to advance science, accelerate discovery and improve outcomes.  Our offerings shape the lab of the future, by accelerating innovation, automation and discovery. In short, it's our goal to make labs work the way people think they do-- with cloud-connected, instantaneous information, available seamlessly to scientists across the lab.

Position Specific Information:  

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to work with our customer facing teams including Commercial and Services. The successful candidate will be accountable for designing, developing, and implementing transformative HR solutions to achieve strategic business goals in a global environment. The ideal applicant will thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in driving HR initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Outlook - Translate strategic priorities into innovative talent strategies and solutions that advance the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of our colleagues.
  • Consultation - Provides coaching and guidance to functional leaders enabling actions that drive business outcomes.
  • Eye For Business and Data Insights - Use analytics to improve talent and business capabilities and influence positive culture change. Develop understanding of industry, market, and functional trends to craft business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights
  • Change Leadership - Serve as a motivator for change, devising and communicating solutions as they relate to organizational design, development, and change management. Demonstrate and encourage consistency with our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement) in everything we do.
  • Organizational Adaptability and Resolve - Develop solid relationships across the organization and is resourceful when diagnosing and crafting solutions to people-related challenges. Drives outcomes through collaboration, communication and resilience.
  • Project/Process Management - Coordinate HR resources and priorities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. Facilitates efficient and effective annual HR cycle collaborating with corporate, group and division HR and leaders. Leads assigned group projects to support the advancement of business and HR objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administrations or a related field required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable

Experience

  • 8+ years experience in progressive Human Resources environment
  • Human Resources experience in large multi-national companies, supporting a global and/or international organization,

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Understanding of the mix of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development and effectiveness, talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations.
  • Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, regularly turning data into insights and action.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation skills as well as ability to handle and prioritize workload.
  • Understanding of regional labor and employment laws.
  • Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with a high level of tact and composure.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $118,100.00–$177,200.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
