As our next Sr. HR Generalist, you’ll be at the forefront of managing payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations. Your expertise in Human Resources will be crucial in driving our success and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Process hourly and salary payroll for 600+ employees.
• Maintain accurate information in HRIS systems.
• Act as subject matter expert for time and attendance systems.
• Manage STD/LTD claims and liaise with insurance providers.
• Develop and deliver employee training programs.
• Support workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Complete month-end corporate reporting and ad hoc HR reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday, Dayforce, and ADP.
• Advanced HR certifications.
