We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in modern web development and hands-on experience building and deploying hybrid mobile applications using Capacitor, Ionic, Cordova, or comparable web-native frameworks.
You will architect and deliver production-ready interfaces across web and mobile, implement native integrations through Capacitor plugins, and own processes related to iOS App Store and Google Play Store releases. The role requires strong engineering discipline, attention to performance, and comfort navigating both the JavaScript and native mobile ecosystems.
Build and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Capacitor (and similar frameworks).
Integrate Capacitor plugins for camera, notifications, secure storage, deep links, geolocation, and other native features.
Manage native iOS and Android project layers (Xcode, Android Studio), ensuring compatibility, proper versioning, and modern platform standards.
Implement mobile-specific UX behaviors such as gestures, app lifecycle handling, offline flows, and native-like navigation.
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure hybrid apps achieve native-quality interaction patterns.
Prepare iOS builds using Xcode, provisioning profiles, signing identities, and TestFlight distribution.
Prepare Android release builds (AAB), signing configurations, and Play Console uploads.
Coordinate all metadata, screenshots, privacy forms, versioning, and compliance requirements for both stores.
Manage Data Safety (Google Play) and App Privacy (App Store) documentation based on how the hybrid app uses platform APIs.
Maintain release pipelines, internal/external testing tracks, rollout procedures, and regression validation.
Document and optimize processes for continuous release readiness.
Develop high-quality UI components using React, Vue, or similar frameworks, with strong TypeScript and modern build tool experience.
Implement responsive layouts, modular UI architecture, reusable components, and design system consistency.
Optimize performance for both browser and WebView environments, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and perceived performance.
Debug complex issues spanning JavaScript, native WebViews, device capabilities, networking, and mobile OS constraints.
Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, including authentication flows, pagination, caching, and proper error handling.
Collaborate on API contracts with backend teams and support monitoring around API reliability.
Ensure mobile apps properly handle offline states, reconnection, retries, and data consistency.
Write and maintain automated tests (unit, component, end-to-end) using frameworks such as Jest, RTL, Cypress, or Playwright.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with design, QA, and product teams.
Diagnose issues across the full stack, including JavaScript, native bridges, network layers, and build processes.
Strong proficiency in modern Front-End engineering: JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, bundlers (Vite/Webpack), CSS/Sass.
Production experience with Capacitor (or Ionic/Cordova/React Native WebView equivalents) in shipped mobile apps.
Experience managing native iOS and Android layers for hybrid apps (Xcode, Android Studio).
Proven ability to publish and maintain apps on App Store and Google Play Store, including signing, versioning, metadata, and submission workflows.
Solid understanding of WebView behavior, mobile performance, offline-first patterns, and mobile-grade UI.
Strong debugging abilities across devices, browsers, and mobile environments.
Experience with API integrations, authentication patterns, and robust API error handling.
Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and app lifecycle management in hybrid apps.
Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) to extend Capacitor plugins.
Experience with app analytics, crash reporting, feature flagging, or telemetry tools.
Understanding of mobile security practices (secure storage, transport-layer protection).
Cloud or DevOps skills (AWS, Firebase, Azure, etc.) related to hosting APIs or web assets.
Experience with PWAs, service workers, or offline caching strategies.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional work across engineering, product, QA, and design.
Ability to translate mobile store policies, technical constraints, and hybrid app limitations for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience participating in sprint planning, release orchestration, and end-to-end delivery of mobile or web features.
Comfort mentoring peers, reviewing code, and driving technical improvements across multiple platforms.
