The Facilities Engineer’s responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
- Design, implement, and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure service reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Performing technical and economic analyses; data collection; spreadsheet creation and management. Assessing energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies
- Work on energy optimization frameworks and strategies for multiple scales of projects, while also completing engineering studies
- Contributing to projects on green building technology and ratings systems, primarily the LEED rating tool. Provide detailed fact finding, research, and analysis on energy-related activities
- Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and safety codes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding facility operations, maintenance activities, and project statuses for stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex facility issues

Pay Range:
P20-USA-1 :$65,650.00 - $93,750.00
