Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall User Trial testing for Samsung's unreleased products.
 - Ensure successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Strategic planning and execution, identify and mitigate potential risks.
 - Meet market impact and product specification standards.
 - Collaborate with Client-side Project Management, R&D, and QA teams.
 - Gather project considerations and information for comprehensive project plans.
 - Review defects registered by end-users and facilitate communication with R&D.
 - Communicate high-priority risk defects/events to middle and upper management.
 - Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to track carrier and manufacturing schedules.
 - Coordinate User Trial project schedules and testing considerations.
 - Communicate with Client-side Project Management, R&D, and QA team to gather project considerations and information used to create project plans.
 - Monitor and control with consideration to metrics and KPI, while demonstrating the ability to execute documented or new mitigations for events increasing risk to the project.
 - Prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast pace environment, communicating quickly with key project stakeholders.
 - Evaluate project acceptance based on market impact and product specification (Technical).
 - Review defects registered by end-users and facilitate the communication between end-user and R&D.
 - Communicate high priority risk defects/events to middle and upper management.
 - Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to track carrier and manufacturing schedules to coordinate User Trial project schedules and testing considerations.
 - Allocate resources to different projects based on workload importance, etc.
 - Ensure all project conditions and tasks have been met to completion by team or contracted resources and confirm project delivery through closing.
 - Create, distribute, and report User Experience or Defect related surveys based on high priority, targeted impacting end-user features to upper management.
 - Manage team resources allocated based on daily project status and forecasted workload expectations.
 - Coordinate with security team to prevent security breaches during UT Project periods.
 - Plan and execute OTA deployments in an internal testing environment through device/system configuration of multiple internal and carrier specific systems.
 - Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, preparing spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and tables to help plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
 - Communicate with internal/external teams and end-users in professional manner to build and maintain excellent rapport.
 - Determine course of action for the completion of objectives and tasks with limited instruction.
 - [Quality Audit] Participate in examining key activities and output for each milestone.
 - [Process improvement] Participate in evaluating and improving processes.
 - [Quality index management] Collect data in order to discover a software quality index.
 - [Failure case analysis] Collect data to analyze software failure types.
 - Learns to use professional concepts.  Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
 - Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
 
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required from a 4-year accredited university (Information systems, Industrial Engineering, Consumer Behavior, Business Administration, or related fields).
 - Advanced understanding of software testing methodologies (Blackbox / Whitebox / Agile / Waterfall).
 - ISTQB knowledge of best practices (Certifications are a plus).
 - Korean (business proficiency) and English (business proficiency) speaking/reading/writing ability is preferred, but not required.
 - Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and instruct team members.
 - Self-starter with an objective view able to lead a team towards business objectives.
 - Excellent understanding quality assurance and control testing tools and techniques in a black-box testing environment.
 - In-depth experience with working in a customer/end-user facing role and facilitating the communication of feedback, policy, and procedure to an internal client base.
 - Understand all relevant technologies in current market and evolving market place. 
 - Passion for learning and upkeep of evolving technologies.  Having an in-depth understanding on how technology influences the development of culture and society.
