Sr Digital Project Manager

In the digital project manager role, you will stay up-to-date with the latest relevant technological trends and apply these to the company’s digital projects. You will work closely with the manufacturing sites and coordinate with development teams to make sure specifications and targets are defined up front and meet design and ultimate delivery of digital KPI projections. Success in this position will be demonstrated by the value capture of projects to metrics such as efficiency, reduced errors or decision speed as well as standard project management deliverables: status tracking and reporting, deadline and budget with minimal failures and delays.

The Sr Digital Project Manager partners with corporate, division and cross functional leadership (IS and Operations) globally to ensure that quality system projects and initiatives remain on track to schedule and are conducted in a way that meets relevant procedures, projected measurable benefits and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Your primary focus will be Quality Management digital systems data architecture and development therein
  • Think big data, mapping each new data element developed with existing digital systems to support systematic insights leading to improvement of our processes, systems, products or solutions
  • Establish and leverage strong field and departmental relationships to map the digital future state and drive to realization
  • Work with the user community to develop and deploy Quality Management Systems and other quality projects focused to improve performance
  • Develop comprehensive user requirements that lead to high value solutions, transforming current state into industry best practice solutions
  • Lead the development of digital use-cases based on strong customer engagement
  • Develops subject matter expertise in key QMS systems and data design
  • Organize and lead digital user community(ies) to ensure full leverage of digital tools
  • Oversee all stages of the project life-cycle, provide timely and accurate updates
  • Use change management tools and techniques at all stages of the project ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the project life
  • Establishes comprehensive project plans that bring value speed to Quality and other key customers
  • Works as a partner with IT to monitor project progress and site change readiness
  • Troubleshoots non-technical and some technical issues to ensure utilization and value capture
  • Manages project risks and shortfalls to keep commitments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in effective project management. 
  • Experience in medical product and device industry with strong concentration in QSR and ISO 13485 compliance and quality assurance preferred.
  • PMP Certification or other standard delivery frameworks.
  • Change Management Model Certification or strong working knowledge and application.
  • This role will allow for work remotely if the successful candidate does not reside near an Integra Lifesciences location
  • Experience developing project plans, tracking completion and mitigating risks
  • Good understanding of QMS digital systems, data and process inputs and outputs
  • Proficiency with process mapping and facilitation of cross functional teams
  • Quality or Regulatory exposure within a regulated environment
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Leadership skills and desire to grow
  • Influence without authority in highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good judgement on issue or problem escalation
  • Highly organized, practiced timely delivery of tasks and projects
  • Ability to develop a concept without full knowledge

Salary Pay Range:

$81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
