What You’ll Do
Lead large-scale communication programs that support major initiatives, leadership storytelling, and executive visibility.
Develop and deliver integrated internal communications strategies that align to business priorities and strengthen the First American brand for our teams.
Oversee proactive and reactive communications for critical issues, including crisis planning, response, and recovery.
Develop key materials such as press releases, statements, talking points, executive messaging, FAQs, and thought leadership content.
Collaborate with internal communications, leadership, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all audiences.
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement.

5+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public affairs.
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies across multiple channels.
Deep experience managing communications and handling complex or sensitive issues.
Strong background in crisis communications, with the ability to lead response efforts and advise senior leadership.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp sense for message clarity, tone, and impact.
Skilled at building relationships and influencing across functions, levels, and geographies.
High level of business acumen and understanding of brand, reputation, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working with senior executives, providing strategic advice, and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
