We are searching for a Sr. Business Analyst – NLI Proxy Services to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an advocate for our alternative investment clients, supporting campaign strategies and enhancing their Broadridge experience. You will work cross-functionally with internal key stakeholders to strengthen client engagement, ensure delivery of impactful solutions, and support overall retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign roadmaps—detailing solicitation windows, required services (e.g., social media, call center, print), budgets, and timelines.

Operational & Strategic Campaign Leadership:

  • Monitor timelines, escalate issues, and help strategize for successful outcomes; liaison between client-facing team and call center

Project Management:

  • Maintain a client communication schedule to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner

Data Reporting & Vendor Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal analytics teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, actionable campaign reporting and continued alignment across operations
  • Coordinate the distribution of shareholder communications and prepare for virtual annual meetings
  • Interface with internal Broadridge departments to ensure success

Client Retention & Growth:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients through active engagement and a high level of service. This role will provide visibility and client-facing opportunities designed to build trust and credibility leading to the ongoing retention and growth of those relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in alternative investments, asset management, or financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing or sales support leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship management and campaign/project planning
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable addressing executive-level stakeholders—both internal and external.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/project management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and represent Broadridge at industry events as needed.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $105,000.00 - $115,000.00

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
