11/04/20252000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of AmericaAs a Senior Analyst on the IKC Program Strategy and Business Development Team will join the broader Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team to provide value-based care services and care coordination with the goal of increasing patient engagement, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. Our Program Strategy and Business Development team provides expertise on operational inputs for our business development initiatives. Through project management and analytical research this role will work to ensure operations representation in value-based care contract decisions and support program implementation. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner across many lanes within DaVita’s value-based care function. It will also be a highly visible role, working closely with executive leadership within DaVita and with our payor partners who are responsible for contracting.
This is a hybrid in-person/remote position in Denver.
Key Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.
Provide project management support for strategic negotiation support across Commercial contracting
Partnering with operational, clinical, actuarial, finance, and IT teams to proactively coordinate process/project meetings, keeping minutes, and tracking action items
Bring analytical expertise to building Quality programs including the support of identifying appropriate measures and targets
Research operational capabilities through engagement with clinical teams
Coordinating, escalating, and ensuring closure on requests between operations, program management, finance, and negotiations teams in progressing negotiations
Supporting potential new program launches with external partners
Providing regular, efficient communication to team leadership and other stakeholders
Developing, scaling, and documenting new and improved processes, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
Two to three years of healthcare experience preferred; understanding of value-based care and/or shared risk partnerships a plus
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a thought partner internally and externally

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
