The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

Working within the Digital Operations team, your mission will be to improve the Digital Guest Experience across the entire guest journey from pre-purchase to post purchase and across all fulfillment channels. Our team leverages qualitative and quantitative data and insights to influence and collaborate with enterprise partners, problem solve against the Digital guest friction moments, and advance work that will increase guest joy.

As a Digital Experience Readiness Sr Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams across the enterprise such as Commercial (Inventory Management, Buying and Planning), Store Operations, Fulfillment Operations and Digital & Revenue partner teams. Key responsibilities will include leading cross-functional meetings to drive visibility, clarity and alignment for high visibility brand/item launches. Some examples include training and mentoring new cross-functional partners, discussing high velocity playbook tactics and historical events to proactively mitigate guest friction and steering our operational plans to health to deliver on-time and accurate launches
  • Collaborate with digital product teams to ensure all aspects of the experience are ready for the guest at the time of launch and document guest friction across platforms to influence future enhancements needs in our experiences
  • Onboard and collaborate with global partners in Target in India on event strategy and management
  • Analyze coming soon signals to identify readiness risks and activate contingency plans
  • Mitigate guest purchasability defects by providing expertise and insights to partner teams to align publish dates and ensure eligibility and availability pre-launch.
  • Identify high velocity process opportunities and drive improvements within the team and with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to lead without authority and provide experience readiness communication to key stakeholders and leadership for high visibility moments

About you:

  • 3-5 years of omni-channel retail
  • Experience with leveraging data to monitor progress, analyze risk, and develop insights into stories
  • Proven project management skills leading cross-functional partners through timelines, accountability, and on-time execution
  • Exceptional cross-functional communicator who can align enterprise partners, surface risks early, drive solutions and tailor communication across levels
  • Curious and a self-starter, even in the most ambiguous of projects
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and iterate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of role execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. Item (LaunchPad), Inventory (IMA), Smartsheet and Greenfield knowledge is a plus

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
