Join Enbridge as a Sr Advisor Government Relations and play a pivotal role in shaping public policy and regulatory outcomes at the state and local level. You’ll implement advocacy strategies, build relationships with government officials, and represent Enbridge’s interests across multiple states.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling options and opportunities for travel.

What You Will Do:

  • Implement advocacy efforts and contribute to the external engagement strategy for Enbridge’s projects and operations.

  • Represent Enbridge with state government officials and entities, primarily in Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina.

  • Coordinate outreach to local government officials with the stakeholder engagement team.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with state and local government officials and their staff.

  • Represent Enbridge at industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other professional organizations.

  • See opportunities for corporate donations and sponsorships within the region.

Who You Are:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of progressive public affairs or government-related experience.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.

  • Possess strong public presentation and public speaking abilities. Ability to travel 30% of the time.

  • Committed to finding solutions, organized, and able to deliver results on time.

  • Experienced in government compliance and managing projects within complex organizations.
