We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our team for the Spring semester. This role focuses on improving reporting processes, supporting data requests, and performing analysis to drive insights. Key Responsibilities
Workfront Report Management
· Clean up existing Workfront reports and dashboards.
· Update existing reports and dashboards (e.g., naming conventions, date ranges, attributes).
· Build new dashboards for specific user groups by consolidating existing reports.
· Delete or archive outdated reports.
Report & Data Requests
· Assist in developing a streamlined work intake process for data/report requests.
· Fulfill incoming requests for new reports or data as needed.
Data Analysis & Monthly Reporting
· Analyze project-related data (e.g., project cycle time) to identify trends and key findings.
· Support monthly reporting initiatives and help improve reporting processes.

Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards (Workfront experience is a plus).
· Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
