🗣️ Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist

As an SLP, you’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, helping patients regain their voice, confidence, and independence — all while working in and around Boston, MA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans

  • Conduct home-based speech-language therapy visits

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams

  • Document progress and update plans of care

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs

  • Ensure compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines

📍 Travel Area:

You’ll travel in and around the Boston metro area, providing care where it’s needed most — in patients’ homes.

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active, unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license

  • 1+ year of clinical experience

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
