Key Responsibilities: Technical Solution Development: Analyze client requirements and challenges to design customized technical solutions. Develop and present proofs of concept, prototypes, and technical demonstrations. Recommend best practices for configuration, deployment, and integration of products or services. Implementation Support: Assist in the planning and execution of solution implementation projects. Provide hands-on technical support during installation, integration, and testing phases. Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful deployment. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term collaboration. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather technical requirements and provide solutions. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after solution deployment. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to address complex technical challenges. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Training and Documentation: Provide training to clients and internal teams on technical aspects of the organization’s offerings. Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and support materials. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to empower end-users and stakeholders. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development teams to align solutions with product capabilities. Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements and updates. Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support technical aspects of the sales process. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Deepen expertise in the organization’s technologies, products, and services. Offer insights on how technical solutions can address broader business challenges. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions to ensure they meet client objectives. Recommend optimization strategies based on client feedback and performance data. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with solution deployment, system integration, or software configuration. Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, or equivalent) are advantageous. Skills: Strong technical problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and platforms.
