We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Specialist & GTM Lead to drive the adoption and growth of our cutting-edge Data and Security Operations solutions across our EMEA region. This specialist role will be the subject matter expert (SME) focused on the convergence of AI, security, and data management, specifically driving pipeline and revenue for our Singularity AI SIEM, and our recently acquired Observo AI data pipeline solution

This person will be responsible for driving the next stage of growth for AI SIEM and Security Data Pipeline solutions, tasked with building out a direct sales channel as well as various partner-led solution channels, including managed security services. They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling data products such as SIEM, Data Analytics, SOAR and HyperAutomation, Data Pipelines, Security Operations, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.

    • Develop specific sales plays to grow the AI SIEM business in your region
    • Partner with regional sales leaders to help them identify growth opportunities in their region
  • Act as the primary technical and market expert for these products during the sales cycle, articulating the differentiated value proposition against legacy SIEM and data pipeline competitors.
  • Lead customer discussions focused on high-value business outcomes: demonstrating how to  significantly reduce data ingestion costs, accelerate threat detection through AI-driven enrichment, and simplify SOC operations through hyperautomation.
  • Partner with marketing teams to build pipeline programs and growth across EMEA
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Work with global teams to evolve the GTM strategy for AI SIEM and Observo.
  • Evangelise the value of our AI SIEM and Observo solutions, both internally and externally. Be the voice of AI SIEM and Observo across EMEA.
  • Stay well educated and informed about SentinelOne's competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the security operations market space

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling data and analytics products across EMEA
  • Deep knowledge of current data solutions (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Cribl, etc)
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
  • Enterprise sales experience with a strong network of decision makers in Security organizations.
  • Superb organizational and reporting skills
  • Ability to discuss and demonstrate complex concepts related to cloud-native data lakes, real-time telemetry processing, OCSF standards, and AI/Machine Learning applications in security
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • High level of energy, commitment, and desire to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, autonomous environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of channel-centric GTM approaches
