Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data using procurement spend tools.
  • Review, align, and acquire sign-off from CMs/CCLs for re-categorizations in Tamr.
  • Evaluate all necessary details, analysis, and justifications for Tamr re-categorizations.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Expertise in data analytics tools, including spend analytics, ERP, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and digesting technical data sheets and material specs.
  • Experience with multifunctional categories and suppliers.
  • Broad knowledge of master data concepts and related business processes.
  • Exceptionally analytical with a strong focus on detail, collaborating closely with data providers and category leaders.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • High level of proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • 5+ years of experience in roles involving business processes, Finance Master Data Management, and business improvement.
  • Strong collaborator management skills.
  • Advanced analytics skills required, including expertise in Excel.
  • Experience in product quality, life sciences, or medical devices is an added benefit.
  • Familiarity with Tamr re-categorization (AI expertise), procurement sector (Category Manager), and Alteryx would be advantageous.
