Temporary Role – Maternity Cover – 7 Month Contract

The Team :
The mission of the CRM Campaign Team aims to build and nurture strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team plays a crucial role within the Commercial Operations organization by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring that the DTC channels effectively engage and retain customers to drive brand growth and success.

The Position:

You will be part of the CRM Campaign team, working on a variety of campaign projects reporting into the CRM Manager. You will be responsible for executing these campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved. Additionally, you are leading the Test and Learn roadmap, supporting initiatives focused on increasing the consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty. This role will enable you to work across other teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executing CRM campaigns from start to finish across all newsletter categories: from drafting campaign briefs and coordinating creative kick-off meetings to managing translations, building emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensuring flawless delivery.

  • Drive newsletter success: Elevate the performance of scheduled newsletters by generating test ideas, analyzing outcomes, and implementing data-driven recommendations in line with the Test & Learn roadmap.

  • Manage weekly newsletter planning and monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports to key stakeholders.

  • Drive strategic CRM initiatives focused on consumer acquisition, retention, and loyalty by collaborating cross-functionally to maximize engagement and sales impact. Work closely with Brand Marketing, Ecom, Retail, Member Growth and Technology teams to align CRM campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.

  • This role reports to the Manager CRM Campaigns within Commercial Operations.

  • Maternity cover – 7 months fixed-term contract.

The Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.

  • +3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing.

  • +3 years of experience working in an international, direct-to-consumer environment.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email/journey-building platforms.

  • Knowledge of CRM principles, database management, and campaign management.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across different teams.

  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of campaign execution.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
