- So, what’s the role all about?
You will join the team in charge of Validating and Verifying all Solution implementations as part of Professional Services for Various Clients across the globe.
How will you make an impact?
- You will work closely with Implementers, BA and QA Management to understand how Solutions will be implemented as per Client Business need
- Work as an individual contributor and certify PS Implementation.
- Good experience of Automation framework, Automation script development and maintenance
- Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, TestNG, Maven, GIT, Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), SDLC, Defect Life cycle
- Good knowledge of SQL, UNIX
- Experience in web application testing (JS, HTML, CSS)
- Knowledge of common tools/technologies used in testing: XML, JSON, Fiddler, Postman
- Create test data, prepare test reports, and maintain test environment with Package Deployment and Release.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly Reports and Dashboard Internal to team.
- Planning and performing software testing of various systems or software features, in scheduled timeline, achieving clear testing results
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers
- Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to identify test requirements
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results and report on software quality metrics
- Stay up-to-updated with the latest trends and tools in software automation engineering
- Develop & maintain Traceability matrix and various Test artifacts
- Setting up and installing various testing environments
- Planning, performing and reporting on testing for different environments according to technical design and functional requirements
- Open bugs detailing relevant information in a repeatable way
Have you got what it takes?
- Experience 10 – 12 years
- B. Tech/ BE in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- and/or practical relevant experience/knowledge
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes
- Very strong verbal and written English skills
- 4 – 6 years of working experience in Automation development, preferably in product development companies
- Experience in BFSI domain is a MUST
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, displaying a good natured, cooperative attitude
- Analyzing Business Specifications, Designing and developing Test scripts and Analyzing Test results
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some knowledge of using scripting to automate day to day tasks is desired but not mandatory - Comfortable in an Agile environment, and with the use of Building and Packaging concepts and tools like JIRA
- Prior experience of working with a globally distributed team is a plus.
- “Actimize”/ “AML domain” experience is a huge plus.
