THE JOB:
As the Special Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing our casino’s promotions and events to life handling gift giveaways, drawings, and kiosk games. On non-event and promotional days, you will utilize your administrative and clerical skills to input purchase orders, build kiosk promotions, send inter-department requests, and support the Casino Marketing department with any additional needs.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead the action on the casino floor—run exciting promotions like gift giveaways, drawings, and kiosk games.
Plan and execute engaging events from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Be the face of the fun—interact with guests, resolve issues, and ensure every experience is top-notch.
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—manage purchase orders, build kiosk promotions, and handle vendor payments.
Communicate like a pro—craft compelling event communications, coordinate logistics, and ensure all departments are in sync.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of special events or prior relevant experience.
Familiarity with Excel, Everi Power Kiosk , Patreon, and Coupa preferred.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$23.00
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
