The Opportunity:

Vous assurez la continuité des activités en l’absence du responsable de secteur. Votre rôle consiste à organiser l’équipe, suivre l’activité, répartir les ressources et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus. Vous intervenez à la fois sur le terrain et sur des tâches administratives.
 
Responsabilités principales
Coordination et organisation:
  • Organiser l’équipe en fonction des priorités du secteur
  • Gérer les tâches quotidiennes et planifier les activités
  • Servir de point de contact avec la direction et les chefs d’équipe
  • Participer aux points quotidiens si nécessaire
  • Communiquer et relayer les enjeux économiques, notamment le service client

Activités terrain
  • Une semaine sur deux : rangement au magasin et conduite de chariot élévateur (cariste)
  • Suivi des intérimaires et maintien de la productivité
  • Horaires : 1 semaine/ 2 de 5h15 à 13h30 et 1 semaine /2 de 8h00 à 16h20
Gestion administrative
  • Mise à jour des plannings sous Excel et Word
  • Suivi de la productivité via des tableaux
  • Préparation des rapports
  • Proposer des solutions d’amélioration et des formations
     
Profil recherché
  • Personne fiable, ponctuelle et motivée, capable de travailler en autonomie
  • Bonne organisation et sens des responsabilités
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
  • CACES 1 obligatoire, CACES 3, 5 et 7 appréciés
  • Expérience en logistique et conduite de chariot élévateur est un atout
  • Capacité à gérer des intérimaires et à maintenir la productivité
