The Sourcing FP&A Lead will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting for sourcing operations. This role ensures accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis of base costs, while supporting productivity initiatives and KPI reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights and process improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •  Prepare and manage base cost forecasts and budgets. 

  • Track actual base costs and analyze variances against plan. 

  • Maintain accurate headcount reporting. 

  • Analyze indirect open POs and manage related reconciliations. 

  • Perform monthly journal entries (MJEs). 

  • Contractor account reconciliations and fleet rebate credit notes. 

  • Manage ARCs reconciliations and DRM updates. 

  • Process credit notes and accruals accurately. 

  • Support sourcing KPI package preparation. 

  • Review indirect variable cost productivity savings. 

  • Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to provide financial insights. 

  • Drive process innovation and continuous improvement in FP&A activities. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). 

  • Alternatively, candidates holding an MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), or semi-qualified certification (e.g., CA Inter) should possess at least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience. 

  • Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and financial reporting. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Hyperion, and OAS. 

  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools. 

  • Ability to manage MJEs and reconciliations effectively.
