About the job
You’re responsible for leading cross-brand S&OP processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across divisions. You optimize demand, supply, and inventory through shared forecasting, coordinated production and sourcing, and balanced inventories. Your work enables smooth collaboration, optimized inventory, and improved supply chain transparency. You report to the Head of Global Planning.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning tactical and operational relationships between brands to manage supply seamlessly.
Establishing clear governance for escalations and accountability across divisions.
Driving joint planning processes to balance demand and supply, avoiding duplication and inefficiencies.
Leading cross-brand sourcing discussions to maximize utilization of production and distribution capacity.
Enabling seamless order handling and harmonized processes across brands.
Optimizing IT integrations and data transparency for accurate, real-time decision-making.
Driving best-practice sharing and ensuring alignment on end-to-end performance management across our brands and collaborations.
The location for this position is globally flexible, preferably close to one of our sites – such as Fagersta & Stockholm (Sweden), Guanzate (Italy), Pune (India), Bourges & Bouxwiller (France), Lottum (Netherlands), Ciechanow (Poland) or Reynoldsville (US).
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience in S&OP processes, supply chain planning, and cross-functional collaboration, preferably within a global company and multiple industries. You’re skilled in inventory optimization, demand-supply balancing, and IT system integration. Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of data structures are essential, along with experience driving process improvements across multiple brands. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.
You’re a natural collaborator who builds trust and drives alignment across diverse teams. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead discussions and influence decisions. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability are key strengths that help you thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
