This posting represents multiple Solutions Architecture Internships in Santa Clara, CA. Some examples are listed below. Apply to this job posting if any of the descriptions below suit your background and career aspirations.

AI Factory Infrastructure Internship

In this role, you will be a contributing member of the Infrastructure Specialist team. Our work encompasses MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing), Ethernet and Infiniband networking, DevOps, HPC/AI workloads, Cluster Administration and Site Reliability Engineering. You will acquire insight into various facets of AI Factories deployments. Applicants should be familiar with Linux system administration, Python, and networking concepts. Solid understanding of Slurm and data sciences is a plus.

Omniverse Physical AI Internship

In this role you will be part of a team that works with customers to enable their physical AI journey through utilization of NVIDIA Omniverse, a platform that enables digital twins and synthetic data generation workflows targeted to industrial customers. You will help in all layers of the solution across data pipelining, rendering visualization, application orchestration, infrastructure optimization and AI integrations. You will develop skills in interacting with customers while working on real-world projects involving USD pipelines and Generative AI tools. Exposure to 3D solutions including USD file format and OpenUSD pipelines is a plus.

Robotics Internship

Serving as a Robotics Solutions Architect intern, your duties will encompass tasks related to robotics reinforcement learning, visual language action models, motion planning, physics-based simulation, and software in the loop testing. Projects might involve building customer-facing examples for synthetic data generation, reinforcement learning, or robotics foundation model training, performance analysis of AI Robotics workloads. Familiarity with Robotics tools like Robotics Operating System (ROS) and simulation frameworks like Isaac Sim, visual language models, reinforcement learning are a plus. You will learn more about these frameworks and their application during your internship as well as gain experience engaging with customers.

Networking for AI Factories Internship

If you are enthusiastic about accelerated computing (CPU, GPU, DPU) and networking (Ethernet AI) technologies and how it can be applied to the real world, this may be the internship for you. Apply if you've had hands-on experience with data center architectures, and experience within the L2-L7 networking protocol stack. Experience working with both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus, as is system-level experience with both hardware and software.

Sensor Processing Internship

Work on real hardware and software designs focusing on linking high performance sensors to a digital twin in Omniverse. You will work with a skilled team developing and demonstrating new geospatial, signal, radar and RF processing pipelines as proof of concepts (POC). You will participate on a team project that fuses multi-modal sensor inputs into one digital twin, creating a common operating picture. We will then use that digital twin to do planning and prediction, train robots, etc.

Deep Learning and AI Models

Engage in pioneering projects focused on training, customizing, and optimizing state-of-the-art AI models. This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to model areas such as vision, language, and voice. You will be instrumental in improving the accuracy and performance of AI models on challenging datasets. Bring your strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals—from neural network architectures to advanced optimization techniques—and a passion for training models at scale to help us solve impactful problems.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 20 USD - 71 USD.

You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
