As a key member of the APAC regional technical team, you will drive the successful implementation of complex healthcare IT solutions for our customers, directly accelerating the adoption and sales of our Digital Insights portfolio. This role requires you to blend deep technical expertise with superior project management and senior stakeholder communication skills.
Lead technical pre-sales activities, serving as the subject matter expert for digital solutions and presenting customized IT architectures to customers.
Architect and co-design robust, secure, and compliant deployment solutions in collaboration with internal and customer IT teams.
Define system integration points, data scope, virtual machine/server, network, and security requirements.
Provide expertise on SSO implementation, data privacy, and IT security posture during customer consulting.
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for solution deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Drive training and enablement for local Technical Specialists to build regional deployment and support capabilities.
Develop and manage project implementation plans across multiple countries, including timelines, resourcing, and project governance (risk logs, steering committee updates).
Act as the primary technical bridge and stakeholder manager between internal (APAC, Global) and external (Customer IT, Vendors) teams.
Provide advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting for complex healthcare IT environments, covering server, network, and application issues.
Apply advanced domain knowledge in healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) to ensure seamless data flow with customer LIS/Information Systems.
Who you are
You should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing complex IT software, healthcare informatics, or enterprise application solutions.
Deep, demonstrable expertise in healthcare integration standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM, and experience integrating systems with LIS/EMR(Integration experience with EMR systems such as EPIC and Intersystem TrakCare is a plus.)
You should have proven knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux server administration, networking (e.g., Firewalls, Routing, VPN), and cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS).
Demonstrated strategic project management excellence (PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus), with proven ability to manage and prioritize a complex portfolio of simultaneous projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain focus under pressure.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT security, data privacy, and regulatory within the medical/healthcare environment. Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Speciality etc.
You should be able to travel internationally across the APAC region (estimated ~30%).
