We’re looking for a passionate, technically skilled QA Lead Engineer to join our team and partner with one of our key clients. What You’ll Do- Lead manual and exploratory testing for a high-impact product, ensuring exceptional quality across APIs, user interfaces, and end-to-end user journeys.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases, identifying edge cases and potential points of failure before they reach users.
- Establish efficient bug tracking and reporting workflows, collaborating closely with developers to ensure quick and accurate resolution.
- Perform regression testing to validate fixes and maintain feature integrity across releases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to embed quality at every stage of development.
- Architect and implement an automated testing framework, selecting the right tools and strategies to support long-term scalability.
- Mentor team members and promote a quality-first culture by helping developers and product managers adopt best practices.
- Define and document a clear, repeatable QA process that integrates seamlessly into the agile delivery lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong record of identifying critical issues and improving overall product quality.
- A solid technical foundation with the ability to understand complex system architectures, APIs, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or Puppeteer or proven success building custom frameworks from the ground up.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or TypeScript.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
