You act as both a broker and consultant regarding customer and vendor resources, engaging others in problem-solving without taking over.
- Innovate: You introduce new ideas, models, processes and procedures which improve the operation of licensing services. You are always looking for new ways to help Trimble economize and optimize license usage.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent job experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience and knowledge of the software procurement and delivery process.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven researching ability.
- Experience in managing small projects efficiently and to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) used to coordinate and combine large data sets into actionable results.
- Conceptual knowledge of software licensing models.
- Experience in managing Customer and/or Vendor relationships.
- Experience interpreting EULAs and licensing terms and conditions is a plus.
- Working knowledge of asset management principles and concepts applicable to software asset administration is a plus
- Prior experience with Asset Management and Discovery Tools is a plus.
