Position Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions using a variety of technologies. This role requires a solid understanding of software engineering principles. The candidate should be eager to expand their knowledge and skills in cloud-first technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using .Net Core, C#, and Python.
Design and implement front-end solutions using React/Angular or Equivalent.
Build and consume RESTful web services and APIs.
Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the quality of own work and contribute to the quality of the team's output.
Demonstrated ability to write and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure high code coverage, contributing to the reliability and robustness of software applications.
Qualifications
2+ years of core software engineering experience.
Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or Postgres.
Experience with front-end development using React/Angular or Equivalent.
Ability to work independently and rapidly prototype concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of key business drivers and ability to use this understanding to accomplish work effectively.
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.
Capable of explaining complex information in straightforward situations.
