We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer II, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP– Financials to join our enterprise applications team. The Software Engineer II, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and finance users to deliver customizations, reports, and integrations that optimize financial processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

What you can expect to do in this role:

 

  • Develop Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP custom reports and enhancements
  • Develop Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
  • Develop and validate technical specifications for essential 3rd party interfaces, Workflow Enhancements, Data Migration (ETL), and BI Reporting requirements
  • Perform the development, implementation and testing tasks in different development projects on Oracle Fusion and supporting technologies
  • Developing and validating solution architecture
  • Development, Configuration and Unit Testing
  • Quality Assurance of project deliverables
  • Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions.
  • Project functional or technical issue resolution
  • UAT and Go-Live rollout support
  • Design, create, improve and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform while applying the necessary best practices and logic to meet overall project requirements
  • Assist in the coordination of component changes with related elements to ensure seamless flow and continuity for better employee experience
  • Manage the documentation creation and updates related to any development tasks
  • Support and enhance current integrations to ensure they’re built for scale
  • Support and troubleshoot issues relating to custom development that have been created via the Helpdesk system with a high level of customer satisfaction and in a timely manner
  • Work with Business stakeholders, Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers through project initiation and delivery

 

What we are looking for:

 

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated development working experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes 
  • Minimum of 3 years technical experience in general Financials module functionality of Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Asset (FA), Cash Management (CM) and Procurement 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in development of integrations to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with REST web services, utilizing OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFDI uploads, or 3rd party API’s 
  • Technical skills in the creation/customization of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and customization of AP payment templates 

 

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Technical experience in personalization using Sandbox, Application Composer, creation of custom objects, and service mappings, algorithms in subscription management module 
  • Technical experience in design and development of automated workflows using BPM worklist (Approval Workflow), BICC (Business Intelligence Cloud Connect) and ESS jobs
  • Experience in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile
  • Experience gathering inputs and synthesizing into business outcomes
