Responsibilities

Supporting the EcoSure Divion’s usage of Salesforce through general platform maintenance, enhancing existing capabilities and developing new ones

Analyze operational processes and identify areas of process enhancement

Initiate, own and deliver business improvement initiatives

Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed

Keep up to date on industry's best practices and implement these where applicable

Maintain and build trusted relationships with stakeholder functions

Required Competencies

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English)

Business process design / business improvement skills

Analytical & process oriented

Ability to work with non-technical functions to obtain and document requirements

Ability to create and maintain platform / feature architecture documentation

Good interpersonal skills

Eye for detail & quality

Team player

Minimum experience required

Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience

Field Service experience preferred

SaaS (software as a service) product experience for 2 years or more

SQL

Minimum qualifications/education

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or similar
5. Work conditions
• Minimal travel
• Must always have passport valid for more than 6 months
