Software Engineer

India Remote Full time

We’re hiring Software Engineers across multiple levels (Mid to Lead) to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted applications that power Clario’s healthcare technology platform. You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications and services in C#/.NET

  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate with databases (SQL Server), and optimize performance

  • Contribute to front-end features using AngularJS where applicable, ensuring usability and accessibility

  • Implement automated testing and participate in CI/CD workflows; improve delivery reliability

  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps in a fast-paced Agile environment; participate in code reviews

  • Troubleshoot production issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers; drive root cause resolution

  • Influence architecture and technical direction; propose pragmatic solutions that balance speed and quality

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership commensurate with level (Lead engineers own technical outcomes and cross-team alignment)

  • Document designs, decisions, and operational runbooks to ensure clarity and continuity

What We Look For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience 

  • Proven expertise in C# and .NET technologies

  • Experience building cloud-hosted applications on Azure or AWS, with strong SQL Server skills

  • Working knowledge of AngularJS for front-end development

  • Ability to set priorities, motivate teams, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
