About This Job

Performs implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for agile software development.

  • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Project leadership to define and implement enterprise-level requirements.
  • Review source code to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards/
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, accuracy, security, and performance.
  • Focuses on the big picture, architecture, and overall goal of the application.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix AI-generated code.
  • Design and develop secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions using modern software practices.
  • Build and maintain microservices, integrating with external systems as required.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in professional software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Go, C# (.NET Core), or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in NoSQL or relational databases.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems, such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Similar Technologies.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn about emerging technologies and adapt to project requirements.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a drive to innovate.
  • AI-assisted development using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Windsurf.
  • Preferred

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab CI).
  • Experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Knowledgeable with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience developing automated testing frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
