The Team:

Team is responsible for the development of tools to collect data from various sources. It is the backbone of all the data being presented to clients. The team is responsible for modernizing and migrating the internal platform utilizing latest technologies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-agent modular Python agents and integrate them with backend systems.
  • Build sub-agents for specialized tasks including unit assignment and complex node handling.
  • Fine-tune LLMs on synthetic and curated financial datasets for production use.
  • Evaluate model outputs using LLM-as-a-judge techniques and refine tuning through prompt engineering.
  • Explore multi-LLM orchestration strategies to improve financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with agent orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating model performance.
  • Familiarity with synthetic data generation and prompt engineering.
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems, dynamic routing, and modular architecture design.
  • Experience with cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future.
