Join our team as a Social Media Coordinator and Web Analyst to support the growth of our digital presence. This role combines editorial planning, account and community engagement, and website performance monitoring with KPI tracking and reporting.
What you will do
Assist in planning and coordinating editorial calendars for both social profiles.
Support social accounts and community activities: engagement, moderation, and interactions.
Track and analyze website performance, prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, and identify insights to improve KPIs.
Help monitor trends and competitors
Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce marketing and communication materials.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics.
Analytical mindset with a strong propensity to work with KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
Fluent in both English and Italian, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
Legal right to work in Italy.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
