The US and Canada SMB Field Marketing organization is seeking a highly driven Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our scaled events and community driven programs targeting SMB customers and prospects. This role will develop a comprehensive annual events plan that drives education, community engagement first and foremost, but also looks to drive pipeline impact and progression at scale.
The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, thrives in complex and matrixed environments, and knows how to build programs that resonate with hands-on practitioners and subject-matter experts across the SMB segment. Salesforce’s product offerings are quickly evolving to bring more AI capabilities to our customers and this role will play a critical part in how we bring these offerings to reality via in-person and virtual event modalities. This role reports to the Senior Director, NAMER SMB Field Marketing & Global Campaigns.
