Location: LATAM Region (Hybrid)

Experience: 10+ years in strategic marketing, planning, and regional management About the Role This position will lead the regional strategy for SMB driving integrated planning and Pan HP LATAM campaign execution. The goal is to connect strategy, content, and customer experience to maximize business impact across multiple countries, categories, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Pan HP LATAM strategy for SMB aligning objectives with global, regional, and local teams.
  • Orchestrate the 4P planning process (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) in collaboration with Category, Channel, Sales, and GTM teams
  • Manage budgets and cascade strategies across LATAM countries
  • Drive regional campaigns, adapting global initiatives for local relevance and impact.
  • Develop integrated communication plans and coordinate Pan-LATAM launches.
  • Optimize digital and channel experiences, including landing pages, content, and performance.
  • Map the full customer journey, identifying gaps and opportunities across touchpoints.
  • Consolidate KPIs and activation plans from local teams for regional reporting.
  • Negotiate alliance funding and optimize onsite experience for e-tail and retail

Candidate Profile

  • Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and channel strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders globally, regionally, and locally.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy, leveraging dashboards, AI, and analytics for decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics, including country-specific nuances.
  • Innovator with a growth mindset, capable of scaling pilots and driving efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, planning, and regional execution.
  • Proven experience in SMB, channel, and online marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Knowledge of retail and e-tail playbooks, ABM, and upper-funnel campaigns.
  • Ability to negotiate, optimize onsite experiences, and manage budgets effectively.
