Skilled Trades Supervisor of Building Maintenance, Fort Hays State University, Building Maintenance department, full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Skilled Trades Supervisor manages and coordinates daily maintenance issues for University facilities, structures, and other property. Oversees a team of employees to provide maintenance to assigned areas of campus. Manages the schedules and activities of maintenance staff members in order to direct and manage their workflow. Ensures that assigned staff members have all tools and materials required to complete assignments. Facilitates the efficient operation of academic and administrative facilities for students, faculty, and staff.
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have five years of professional experience in several skilled trades.
