Location: Nagpur / Chanderpur / Gadchiroli

Successful part of business that has grown organically with increased installed base in the region. As a service engineer you will be involved with hands on experience to oversee installation through commissioning and optimization of Pumps, Cyclones and Valves in the region.

Short department description
You will be an important integral member of service team reporting to country head for the service related activities in the respective region. By joining this team you will have chance to work with experienced and diverse team spreading across the region and internationally.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and providing technical support to customer: 
    commissioning, installation, testing, repairing and maintaining as well  as
    condition monitoring and energy audits on products, modules and systems
    at customer site. Experience on rotating equipment and pump product is
    preferable.

  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with product knowledge at customers site.

  • Communicate product features and related technical benefits to customer.

  • Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales and conversion opportunities to
    sales organization.

  • Make advanced technical report along with observations &
    recommendation at site.

  • Understanding the wear life patterns and subsequent parts consumption at site and reporting the the sales manager.

  • Report unsafe practices, incidents, and work for continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 5-6 Years experience in commissioning and servicing of rotating equipment.

  • Knowledge of good mechanical maintenance practices.

  • Hands on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance will be added advantage

  • Having Service Background and local residence will be added advantage.

  • Local language proficiency will be and added advantage
