Role Overview
Managing 225,000 sq ft across 9 floors in Canary Wharf, the role will drive an environment where the client's critical trading functions and all business units thrive. This role leads and inspires a team of 90 including supply partners to deliver operational excellence, innovate and strive for continuous improvement within the client's flagship building in Canary Wharf.

Reporting to the UK Workplace Lead. The Site Lead is accountable for all services in their building developing professional relationships building on trust and integrity with key stakeholders. They will ensure operations run smoothly through defined processes, managing quality, audit and performance, identifying non-conformance issues and implementing necessary processes/procedures to effectively deliver exceptional service
Stakeholder Leadership & Client Experience
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on all aspects of the Operational running of the building
Be the trusted advisor who understands how the workplace contributes to essential business operations
Advocate for safety-first principles with unwavering commitment while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Communicate issues, actions and results to the relevant parties in a timely manner
Develop, gain consensus for, and implement solutions across the site
Demonstrate visible leadership presence inspiring confidence in service delivery
Manage multi-tenanted building dynamics while prioritizing client's critical operations
Team Empowerment & Development
Responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of all direct reports
Establish written goals and objectives for employees directly reporting to the role
Conduct periodic formal and informal performance evaluations via Workday
Develop training program and career path for employees. Ensure succession planning is in place for all team members
Engage with and encourage your team’s participation in people surveys and other initiatives
Foster empowered environment encouraging ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
Supply Partner Integration
Develop a OneTeam ethos with all supply partners to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service
Ensure that contracted resources deliver services to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of performance issues through formal supplier performance management
Create collaborative relationships leveraging expertise while maintaining unified standards
Operational Excellence
Proactively ensuring services are reviewed and refinements made to enhance services and value adds
Management of landlord representatives ensuring that the terms of lease are being provided to client e.g. external maintenance, central plant management
Delivers the services required in the contract on behalf of JLL
Monitor array of metrics and manage site to ensure proper and optimal operations
Integrate service delivery, connecting everything related to the building experience to consider the client experience
Responsibility for meeting KPI's and SLA's defined within the contract
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation enhancing experience, efficiency, and operational strength
Engage with innovation programs bringing entire team on improvement journey
Identify challenges and implement creative solutions delivering measurable improvements
Financial Management
Develop an accurate annual budget and be responsible for site operating to the agreed target budget of approximately $10million OPEX.
Work with the Financial Manager to prepare the final budget documentation / plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance
Manage processing and controlling of purchase orders, invoices and work orders

Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statutory requirements, and within the client procedures, guidelines and country legal requirements for Health and safety
Updating and maintaining official safety documents, working in partnership with the UK HSSE lead
Support JLL & Clients goals for Sustainability through service and innovation, in partnership with EMEA Sustainability lead
