Propósito del puesto:

Supervisar el área de empaque final y embarques a USA en tiempo y forma.

Mantener control en la supervisión de las entradas y salidas de ensambles al igual que el control de materiales entre plantas. Mantener  óptimos tiempos de embarque  y Kanban’s, alineados al trabajo en equipo y a la mejora continua.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisar y mantener el control de embarques.

  • Monitorear embarques a USA.

  • Proporcionar la documentación necesaria a Import/Export.

  • Auditar los embarques de producto terminado.

  • Auditar las recibas de las diferentes plantas

  • Supervisar el área de empaque.

  • Verifica la información entregada a EHS e Import/Export.

  • Mantener y aplicar procedimientos internos.

  • Desarrolla e implementa proyectos de mejora con ahorros en sus procesos.

  • Aplica CTPAT en todas sus actividades.

  • Monitorear inventarios de material para el abastecimiento correcto de las diferentes áreas.

  • Mantener las 6’s en su área de trabajo.

  • Incluyendo todas las actividades Inherentes al puesto

  • Dar cumplimiento y cuidar que el personal bajo su cargo de cumplimiento a cada uno de los puntos considerados dentro del código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.

  • Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.

Competencias y habilidades:

  • Lic. En Administración, Ing. Industrial.

  • Experiencia en manejo y supervisión de personal.

  • Experiencia en puesto similar mínimo 3 años.

  • Conocimiento en el manejo del área de embarques (Especialista)

  • Conocimiento en el manejo de herramienta y equipo (Avanzado)

  • Trafico y Logística (Avanzado)

  • Conocimiento de  ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 (Intermedio)

  • Conocimiento de manejo de montacargas (Avanzado)

  • Microsoft Office (Avanzado).

  • Inglés (Intermedio)

  • Conocimiento de CTPAT (Avanzado)

  • Conocimiento de OEA (Avanzado)

Purpose:

Supervise the final packaging area and shipments to the USA in a timely manner.
Maintain control over incoming and outgoing assemblies, as well as material control between plants. Maintain optimal shipping times and Kanbans, aligned with teamwork and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain control of shipments.
• Monitor shipments to the USA.
• Provide necessary documentation to Import/Export.
• Audit finished product shipments.
• Audit receipts from different plants.
• Supervise the packaging area.
• Verify information submitted to EHS and Import/Export.
• Maintain and apply internal procedures.
• Develops and implements improvement projects with savings in its processes.
• Applies CTPAT in all activities.
• Monitors material inventories for proper supply of different areas.
• Maintains the 6's in the work area.
• Including all activities inherent to the position.
• Ensures compliance with and ensures that the personnel under their charge comply with each of the points considered in the code of conduct (ethics) of Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.
• Complies with the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, following the procedures and instructions applicable to their activities.

Competencies and skills:
Level: (1-Basic, 2-Intermediate, 3-Advanced, 4-Specialized)

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in personnel management and supervision.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of shipping area management (Specialist)
• Knowledge of tool and equipment management (Advanced)
• Traffic and Logistics (Advanced)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Intermediate)
• Knowledge of forklift operation (Advanced)
• Microsoft Office (Advanced)
• English (Intermediate)
• Knowledge of CTPAT (Advanced)
• Knowledge of AEO (Advanced)
