To support our operations team in Swidnik (near Lublin), we are looking for a

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Your core tasks will include:

Incoming goods inspection and booking, including document processing.
Storing and removing goods from storage.
Picking fasteners, small components, and various chemicals and hazardous goods for use in the aerospace industry.
Consolidating goods and packaging according to the individual requirements of each customer.
Packaging in accordance with IATA and ICAO regulations.
Conducting regular inventories and measures to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
Assist in the kit building process to meet customer QA specifications; help manage buffer stock based on customer kit forecasts.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

You have at least two years of experience in a comparable position in the field of warehousing/logistics.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

You have successfully completed your "Liceum profilowane", "Technikum" or similar form of education.
You are familiar with standard software and common merchandise management systems (experience with SAP is a plus).
A forklift license and knowledge of IATA and ICAO are desirable.
We welcome general knowledge of written English.
