Our Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of Coca‑Cola products from the warehouse to our customers. This position is responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining shipping records; coordinating with carriers; and supporting warehouse operations to meet delivery schedules and uphold Coca‑Cola’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Position-Related Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and related paperwork.
  • Verify and record outgoing shipments, ensuring product quantities, types, and conditions meet order requirements.
  • Accurately enter all shipping data into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.
  • Coordinate shipment pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, and internal logistics teams.
  • Inspect, stage, and wrap pallets for shipment to ensure safe and secure transportation.
  • Maintain an organized shipping area in compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Communicate with customers or stakeholders to resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays.
  • Monitor and manage shipping supplies, requesting replenishment as necessary.
  • Assist in receiving and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Follow all Coca‑Cola safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, General Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (beverage or food industry a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge GMP’s and use of chemicals and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
  • Ability to properly drive a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Understanding T-codes in SAP associated with Shipping and Dock Management

Pay Range:

$46,800 - $57,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
